Wow, sounds like America here. Haven't we sinned against God? He has been kicked out of our schools, coming off of our money in July, gay marriage is being legalized and it is an abomination, baby's are aborted by the millions, satan is openly worshiped and that behavior is accepted, there are now atheist churches, pope says islam and Christianity are the same thing etc. Jesus is the number one controversy in this world. You are either running to Him or running from Him. Look at what God says He will do here in this passage, and mind you He is speaking of what He will do to Israel Whom He truly loves and they are His chosen people. He will cut off the food supply, and send famine to starve man and animal out and have them die off. He will send violent animals to attack what is there. He will bring the enemy in to fight against this land. He will send disease to kill and destroy. Are we better than Israel? No. We should heed this warning and REPENT!!!
God has not changed. He remains the same. Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever. Hebrews 13:8 We can only be saved by Jesus Christ. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is non other name (Jesus Christ) under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12
How am I going to get righteousness to save me out of the tribulation? The only righteousness that is worth anything is Jesus' righteousness. He had no sin. For He (God) has made Him (Jesus) to be sin for us, Who (Jesus) knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him (Jesus). That's right, by being saved and loving and obeying Jesus you will be saved!!!!
